The frequencies generated during your session are transmitted through your speakers or headphones and interact with your body's energy system just as powerfully as In-person. Many clients report even deeper experiences at home where they feel most safe and relaxed.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, ideally somewhere you can comfortably lie down and relax. Use good quality headphones or speakers for the best experience. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and keep a blanket nearby. Clear your mind of expectations and simply remain open to the experience.

Each session runs for approximately 90 minutes, including relaxation and grounding time to help you fully absorb the experience.

Sound healing is gentle and non-invasive, suitable for most people. If you have epilepsy, are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have had recent surgery, metal implants, or certain mental health conditions, please inform your practitioner of any health concerns prior to booking.

We conduct all sessions via Zoom. A stable internet connection and good audio quality are all you need. The session link will be shared after booking.
